My client Brett wanted his boardroom and reception areas to reflect his ethical and progressive nature but also to have a fresh and welcoming edge to it. We started by upgrading the lighting in boardroom and receptions areas, softening the feel but also creating various focal points of interest. We added textured wallpapers and fitted carpets and a rug with corporate colours. Carefully chosen modern art was added to bring in an element of personality and colour. We kept this flow going throughout, connecting the areas with our custom designed glass sliding panels, allowing the natural light to enhance all the finishes. The richness of the wood contrasting with the grey tones and textures worked well and resulted in a sophisticated work and meeting space.
